Cancellation Policy

1Overview

You may cancel your WibesHR subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what happens to your account and data afterward. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription from your account's billing settings in the admin panel, or by emailing support@wibeshr.com with your account details. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

3Effect of Cancellation

• Cancelling stops future automatic renewals; it does not immediately end your current billing period.
• You retain full access to the Service until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and the date your access ends.

4Data Retention & Export

• After your subscription ends, your account data is retained for 90 days so you can export it or reactivate.
• During this period, you can export your data from the admin panel or ask our support team for help.
• After 90 days, your data is deleted from our active systems, and from backups within a further 30 days.
• We may keep limited records, such as invoices, for as long as tax, accounting, or legal obligations require.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

5Reactivation

You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by subscribing again from the pricing page. If you reactivate within the 90-day retention period, your data will be restored. After that period, previously stored data is no longer available.

6Cancellation by Us

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach our Terms & Conditions or if payment remains overdue. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to export your data.
